14-Day Return Policy

Cherish Forever Inc. offers equal exchange replacement value on all returns within 14-days from the date of shipment received. 

~ Credit issued will NOT include original shipping charges.

~ Custom Orders, Engraved items and Rings are NOT exchangeable. If there was a error made on our part we will be happy to exchange your order. 

~ All products, original receipt, appraisal documentation, packaging, boxes, warranty cards, etc. must accompany your item in packaging your order to process your return. If any items are missing from your order your exchange will not be declined. 

~ There is a $150- replacement fee for a appraisal or diamond grading report.

~ If you received a free gift with your order you must also return the item or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. 

~ Gift certificates are not refundable and not redeemable for monetary value. 

~ All sale items are final.

~ Exchanged items are not guaranteed to be in stock.

~ Items that have been worn, resized, damaged, or otherwise altered will not be considered for exchange.

~ International exchanges require an additional shipping payment. CF Inc. is not responsible for any additional transit or customs charges accrued when returning your item(s).

~ You can NOT refuse a delivery as a method of return. Your return will not be processed and CF Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

Follow These Steps When Returning Your Item(s):

  1. Photograph the item(s) for your records.
  2. Repackage item(s) in a padded yellow envelope preferred or small box. 
  3. Make sure to include all original packaging. 
  4. Please do NOT write "jewelry" or any other jewelry related words on the outside of the package.
  5. CF Inc. suggests to its clients that are returning items with a value of $75- or more send their package using a trackable shipping method.
  6. Items with a value of $500- or more must return item(s) trackable and insured. 
  7. If the package does not arrive at our returns department due to the client not returning the item(s) using a trackable method of return, CF Inc. is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen.
  8. After we receive your package our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
  9. You will be contacted within (two) 2 business days via email or phone to proceed with your requested exchange.
